How we use your information

When you create an account on www.farmdroid.app

When you create an account on www.farmdroid.app, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, country, and which distributor you have traded with. We ask for your consent to process your enquiry.

We create an account for you so that you can use the Farmdroid app and use guides, etc. Your information is stored on secure cloud servers at A/S ScanNet.dk in Denmark, at Hubspot in the USA, and on local servers at Farmdroid ApS, as long as you use the service and until you ask to have your account deleted.

Your information will be forwarded to the distributor you choose to collaborate with. You have access to your data and can change it at any time.

When using the Farmdroid App

When you ask for support and service via the Farmdroid App, your request is saved on our account at Hubspot in the USA. Your request will be processed either by us or the distributor you have chosen to collaborate with.

We anonymize and categorize your request and use it for statistical purposes to improve our products and services.

When you use the Farmdroid robot, we receive data via a SIM card from your Farmdroid robot. These data we receive are coordinates (location data) and operational information as well as soil images and sound recordings. No personal data is collected.

These data are used to monitor the operation of the robot and for statistical purposes.
