This year’s major Beet Day will once again be hosted by Nordic Beet Research (NBR), Nordic Sugar, and VKST at the Sofiehøj Experimental Center in Holeby, Lolland.
The event start at 9:30 AM, followed by a one-hour lunch break at 12:00 PM. Afternoon sessions will run from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Throughout the day, farmers will have the opportunity to see the FarmDroid robot in live action out in the field. This year’s event will place a special focus on band spraying and row hoeing, featuring both live demonstrations and expert presentations on topics such as optimal weed control strategies, harmful and beneficial insects, leaf fungus management, and more.
