FarmDroid will be showcased at Agromek, Northern Europe’s largest agricultural exhibition, at MCH Messecenter Herning from 24 to 27 November 2026. Over four days, more than 500 exhibitors from Denmark and abroad bring together the latest machines, technologies, and industry insights.

Agromek is where you can see the new FarmDroid FD60 for the first time. It seeds and mechanically weeds row crops on its own, just like the FarmDroid FD20, but it’s built wider to cover 60+ hectares a season.

Solar-powered autonomous farming robots outside a warehouse
On the picture above you see FarmDroid FD60 and FD20, side by side.

At Agromek you can:

  • See the FD60 up close: up to 20 rows in one pass across a 6.75 m working width, and up to 18 hectares per day.
  • Learn how it works: RTK GPS records every seed position with 8 mm precision, so the robot comes back to weed in-row and between rows. No cameras, and no herbicide.
  • See what powers it: 8 solar panels (3.7 kW) charge a 23.5 kWh battery, and a 3 kW range extender keeps it going on longer days.
  • Talk to the team: Our CEO Kristian Warming, Sales and Marketing Manager Eddie Bolding Pedersen, and Sales Manager in Denmark Rasmus Thuesen will be on the stand to answer your questions about the FD60 and how it could work on your farm.

Farmdroid has been awarded two stars from Agromek

The FD60 is awarded 2 out of 3 stars, primarily due to its integrated hybrid system. The combination of eight solar panels, a 23.5 kWh battery and an automatic range extender makes it possible to keep the robot in operation for up to 24 hours a day, even during periods of limited sunlight. Coupled with a capacity of up to 18 hectares per day and 60 hectares per season, this makes the solution suitable for a wider range of larger farms. The solution thus combines high capacity and long operating times with low fuel consumption and chemical-free operation. Read more here
